                                                               Adeidra D. Washington received her Masters in Public Policy from Troy University, December                                                                  2011.  After graduation, Adeidra created Detail Endeavors, LLC a boutique nonprofit                                                                                consulting firm. Adeidra’s work at Detail Endeavors has allowed her to empower her clients                                                                    with successful business solutions.  Her experience with the Democratic Party of Georgia                                                                        and work as a Legislative Aide at the Georgia State Capitol has equipped Adeidra to serve                                                                      her community.

Adeidra obtained her BA in Journalism from Hampton University in Hampton, VA, in May of 2006.  After graduation, she relocated to Atlanta and became the Marketing Intern for DTP Records.  Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, Adeidra pitched and closed sponsorships for the record label totaling $500,000 +. After leaving DTP Records, Adeidra moved into television PR with the Gospel Music Channel where she was the Public Relations Coordinator.  While at the network, Adeidra spearheaded a national campaign to have September federally recognized as National Gospel Music Heritage Month.  During her position with the channel, she developed an interest in writing, which led to her transition into freelance writing for Upscale magazine’s UpMarket financial section. 

After receiving her Master’s in Public Policy, Adeidra created Detail Endeavors, LLC a boutique nonprofit consulting firm. For over a decade, Detail Endeavors has provided strategic and successful nonprofit management and small business management solutions through grant writing, program evaluation, strategic planning, project management, and contract bids from government agencies to small-business, nonprofits, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s) nationwide.  Adeidra's focus on nonprofit and business solutions allows her to positively impact her client’s businesses through different programs, projects, and acquisitions. As a Partner in Supreme Foods Worldwide the parent company of Supreme Burger and Supreme Fish Delight, Adeidra serves as the liaison to company franchisees and assist them in organizational and restaurant operations.

In the community, Adeidra is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and serves as the Fundraising Chair for the Supreme Family Foundation.
